
Ellen Lohr is a truly multi-talented motorsport racer. Throughout her career spanning more than 30 years, she has raced in almost all of motorsport’s categories. She is one of the most famous and successful female motorsport racers in the world. From 1991 to 1996, she competed in a total of 141 races in the legendary DTM touring car series, as well as demonstrating her prowess in truck and off-road racing. Now living in her adopted home of Monaco, Lohr is the only women to date to have ever won a DTM title. Ellen is now a successful businesswoman, commentator and representative for many organizations. Her work focuses in particular on inspiring young girls and women to get involved in motorsport. Although Ellen retired from racing after the 2016 season, she got back behind the wheel of a NASCAR racing car for the 2019 season of the NASCAR Euro Series.
