RECARO congratulates the Monster Energy X-raid Team & Stéphane Peterhansel

We congratulate the Monster Energy X-raid Team on winning the 2012 Dakar Rally and Stéphane Peterhansel on his 10th Dakar Rally victory. For a long time the 2012 Dakar was defined by the dual between the Minis and the controversial Hummer stars. Just over halfway through the rally, however, defending title-holder Nasser Al-Attiyah had to give up with engine problems. From then on the MINI ALL4 Racing Team and the X-raid Team had their noses in front. Throughout the whole rally the X-raid drivers were sitting safely and comfortably in RECARO Pro Racer SPA racing seats and thus achieved their victory in supreme fashion. Congratulations!
