RECARO Wins Theo Award 2016 in Accessories Category

The Theo Award for 2016 in the Accessories Category again goes to RECARO. This marks the third time in a row that the specialist in sporty and ergonomic car seats has received the German car-tuning industry’s most distinguished award. “We’re delighted to head up this year’s list of favorites in our segment, once again,” says Markus Kussmaul, vice president of sales and marketing at RECARO Automotive Seating. “Remarkably, not only did 63.5 percent of all voters choose RECARO, but we saw a 15.4 percent increase over last year’s achievement. This result is a great sign that our fan base in the tuning scene is continuing to grow.” Named after tuning legend Theo Dekker, these awards are bestowed every year at the “Tuning World” international exhibition event at Lake Constance. The rankings are decided by the readers of two specialist magazines, Tuning and VW Speed. They vote in various categories to choose the top brands from the tuning sector.
