GOOD TRUCK NEWS IN LE MANS

At the last race of Le Mans, a race track with a long tradition, RECARO brand ambassador Ellen Lohr really stepped on the gas again and was able to celebrate a successful conclusion of the season of the FIA European Truck Championship. Even if she barely lost the fight for ninth place in the overall ranking against Gerd Köber, tenth place overall is an impressive result for Lohr: With 108 points in the championship, she was able to score around ten times as much as in previous years – a success for which Lohr not least credits the partnership with Team Truck Sport Bernau, for which she drove this year. “It was a great honor to drive with this team. My placement also shows the strength of Truck Sport Bernau, and I can already say that we want to go to the starting line together again next year.” Good news for all fans of the German racing dame; the signs are also pointing towards a great offensive next year. She will of course be assisted again by RECARO Automotive Seating. It is a matter of honor that RECARO France did not miss the event in Le Mans and took the opportunity to invite fans to an autograph session with Lohr at the RECARO promotion mobile. The audience did not hesitate and the crowd was correspondingly large. No problem for Ellen Lohr – in addition to her great driving skills, she has always been known for proximity to her fans. She confirmed this again with her successful appearance in France, and many truck racing enthusiasts in Europe will certainly be keeping their fingers crossed again for her in the new season.
