RACING TOWARD THE SUMMIT ...

... was the order of the day for the drivers at the Japanese motorsport magazine “Motorhead” hill climb event, which was sponsored by RECARO Automotive Seating. In the hill climbing discipline, the drivers attempted to complete a mountain track as fast as possible. The premiere of this event also marks the first time that real racing cars and professional drivers were allowed to run on the public road by the government. No wonder that some of Japan’s top-notch race drivers wanted to be part of the event – bringing their best cars to the 8 km long mountain road to search for the limit in terms of speed and g-force. The spectacular online video created at the event has been clicked more than 1.6 million times on YouTube up to now.
