Rally Double Victory for Timo Bernhard

Many racing fans know that Porsche factory driver Timo Bernhard is one of the world’s best sports car drivers. The likable native of Germany’s Palatinate region is also almost as fast in a rally car. Together with co-driver Michael Kölbach, Bernhard has brought home two sovereign rally victories in recent weeks: After his triumph at the 43rd ADAC Saarland Rallye at the end of September, he also gave his competitors no chance at the ADAC Rallye Baden-Württemberg on October 4 and 5, 2013, achieving the fastest time in all ten stages. Particularly noteworthy here is that Bernhard was able to put distance between himself and the entire four-wheel drive competition with a rear-wheel drive Porsche 911 GT3 Cup even in rainy weather. As with his starts in circuit and long distance races, Timo Bernhard relies on RECARO racing shells also with his rally Porsche of “Team 75 Motorsport.”
