Recaro Automotive GmbH – seat manufacturer meets with the Works Council IG Metall

August 09, 2024, Kirchheim, Germany. RECARO Automotive GmbH (Germany), based in Kirchheim unter Teck, today announced it met with the Works Council and IG Metall to discuss scenarios to address the Company’s plans around its restructuring. Within the insolvency process the parties are parleying to save as many jobs as possible on site and to exit the insolvency on solid footing for the future. Conversations are still ongoing, and no decisions have been made at this time. 

The meeting also reaffirmed RECARO’s commitment to transparency and collaboration as it works to exit the insolvency process successfully with the help of its partners.
