RECARO Automotive is not out of business as published

October 2, 2024 – Metro Detroit, MI. RECARO Automotive is still in business.  Recently announced insolvency proceedings affect RECARO Automotive GmbH (Germany) exclusively and not any of the other automotive or commercial vehicle units such as RECARO Automotive North America, RECARO Automotive Japan and Joint Ventures in China.  

 

All global RECARO Automotive entities will support the RECARO Automotive GmbH customers during the insolvency procedures.  In addition, the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process is progressing swiftly with several interested parties, and details about these negotiations will be communicated when finalized.

 

We appreciate your concerns and support during this process.
