Since the introduction of the first RECARO sport seat 50 years ago, we have continually improved our products in this special segment and can rely on the expertise accumulated over five decades in our current sport seat product range: Even at first glance, our RECARO Sportster CS is continuing with the design maxim “Form follows human,” which was realized in the RECARO A8 and raises this principle to a new level. The seat is designed as a unified whole. Like thoroughbred racing shells from motorsports, it consistently follows the natural shape of the human body – for the best ergonomics and cornering that is sporty and secure. Compared to the A8, the RECARO Sportster CS has also been slimmed down considerably. Among these, the RECARO Speed is our classic, which cuts a fine figure not only in cars but also on the sidelines of the playing field: Professional athletes in particular always want to be seated in a sporty and comfortable manner – not only in their own cars but also in the stadium. This makes the Speed the first choice for coach and team benches of many international top soccer teams. With the RECARO Pole Position (ABE), however, the name says it all: The purebred racing shell with road approval is perfectly suited for encapsulating the super-sporty character of a car – with maximum lateral support and minimum weight. The collected expertise of RECARO from five decades of sport seat development flowed into the three seats. Their strong design, high quality, and light weight convince demanding manufacturers and motorists when they are equipping their vehicles. To meet all demands, the RECARO range also includes the cross variants of the Sportster CS and Speed models.
